You can't be in Timor without going diving! I was so excited to get my Open Water and DTL really is the best place. The instructors are awesome, attentive and patient: I had a great time learning, and most of it wasn't in the pool. The marine life is amazing, from the fishes to the coral, and everything is right off the shore. Its really something to appreciate with Timor. I hope to come back to experience more of it. Dive Timor Lorosae (DTL) Guest House @ Apartments is located on the same property as the DIVE TIMOR LOROSAE dive centre and below the CASTAWAY bar. It was established in 2009 to provide affordable, clean and modern accommodation.
Bunk Bed rooms start from 15 usd a night and go up to our main private deluxe rooms (with own kitchen). Shared rooms can be booked from 30 usd or an entire 3 bedroom villa booked (sleeps 6 people).

Guest house Jako and Atauro
Dive Timor Guest house is split up into 2 individual villas names Atauro and Jako. Each Guest house has the option to be rented as an entire private villa or by renting a room within or even a single bed withing.
Out the front of both guest houses are two large ceramic wash tanks (for those divers that have large camera gear). Along with inside dry and clean kit up area for cameras and tech gear.
This are is also and common seating area that fronts onto the shared kitchen for those that cant live with out their own home cooking (but do not miss out on what Castaways has to offer up stairs).
Please contact us for availability and reservation as they are the most affordable and comfortable room in Dili.

Both guest house have access to the common kitchen facilities and courtyard dinning area.
Also designed with the diver in mind both guest houses have areas for gearing up cameras and charge station. As well as wash and soak tanks for especially for cameras and computers

Breakfast is not included yet the supplied kitchen can be used or join us upstairs in the Castaway for a great selection
Deluxe Room
Dive Timor's deluxe studio apartments are fully equipped and recently renovated.
These 4 units are situated right next to the 12m swimming pool and have been decorated using only traditional art work and framed photos.
